Satay beef is one of the “A classic Hong Kong café, Cha chaan teng, iconic dishes  – thinly sliced tender beef simmered in a fragrant satay sauce made with peanut, chili, and different spices. These bring bold, savory, slightly sweet, and mildly spicy sauce, totally unique to Cantonese cooking.

HKers often served in instant noodle (common in breakfast), sometimes with rice but, mainly with noodles that is our comfort eating style.

If you ever tried the tough beef, you could try ours that is not only tender but also rich in beef flavour.

Ingredients:

Beef, barbecue sauce(oil(soybean), dried lizard fish (fish), garlic, shallot, chilli powder, coconut powder, ginger, dried shrimp (crustaceans), salt, pepper) ; soy sauce(water, soybeans, wheat (gluten) ; flavor enhancer(E621) ; Satay Sauce(Coconut extract, onion, peanut, water, sugar, palm oil, tamarind extract, spices, paprika, salt, thickener E1442);peanut Butter (peanuts, Sugar, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Salt) ; sesame oil( sesame oil, rapeseed oil) ; chili oil(soybean oil (soybean), chili) ; flavor enhancer(E621) ; salt, sugar, water

Gluten, soybean, fish, crustaceans, peanut, sesame

Heating Instruction:

  1. Defrost in a fridge for 12 hours. Place the food in a microwave to heat up to 75°C                                                        (for a optimal quality, reheat 4 times and 2mins interval (total 8mins)
  2. Boil it thoroughly in a pot till 75°C
